Not as strong as some think in my opinion.

Is sasuke stronger than naruto at the start of shippuden. Although in a head on fight susake maybe able to beat naruto this doesn t prove that he is stronger. His powers were great enough to take on both naruto uzumaki and sasuke uchiha at the same time. Way stronger than naruto for sure but team kakashi at this time naruto sakura sai yamato would have won.

I actually think yamato could have beat sasuke by himself at this moment. During naruto and shippuden the most advanced piece of technology shown was the headsets that shinobi teams used to communicate with one another while on a mission by the time boruto had begun the ninja world seemed to make huge strides in technological advancement as naruto is seen with a computer at his desk and many other high tech devices are shown throughout the series. And even then i would rank kakashi slightly above.

After all he has defeated naruto a number of times but naruto made it his mission to surpass sasuke and he achieved that goal. Although sasuke maybe able to control the nine tails and uss susanoo to hold down the nine tails this does not prove the point that susake is stronger than naruto. And i think kakashi was still way stronger until sasuke got oro s power.

In the anime sasuke has gone up against some of these ninja and won but that doesn t necessarily mean he is stronger. As the fight between the two unraveled jigen s superiority over both naruto and sasuke became quite apparent.
